SEED First Workshop - live Streaming

9 May 2013, Madrid

The celebration of SEED 1st workshop on 9 May, Europe's Day, was not by accident. This was a good way to join this celebration: gathering to present an initiative backed by the European Commission. SEED Consortium is composed of institutions and organizations from Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Latvia, Romania and Spain, that work together to make the project a reality. The Consortium shares all partners willingness to modernize and adapt management to changing times. Citizens demand changes and new attitudes from civil servants. Public servants must show a clear commitment to transparency and facilitate citizens participation, improving the quality of service they render to them. These were some of the messages found in the speech of the mayoress of Quart de Poblet city council, that was the first to inaugurate the SEED session.
